Environmental, Health & Safety Policy
This statement is issued to declare the policy of Nizza Recruitment Services with respect to Environmental Health & Safety issues which are applicable to all of the company's employees and contractors.
The Management of Nizza recognises that it has a responsibility for the safety and welfare of all its personnel in all workplaces, and is therefore aware of the need for a continuing commitment in this area.
At all times Nizza employees (incorporating Contractors and Temps) are required to regard safety as a key priority.
All employees have a responsibility to perform all duties in a manner that ensures their own safety and health, and that of others in their work area. They are required to observe all safety directives and procedures and to discuss with their manager any hazard that they themselves cannot eliminate.
Privacy Policy
Nizza has obligations that regulate how it manages the personal information it holds about its clients, contractors, candidates and others.
National Privacy Principles
Under the Commonwealth Privacy Act, Nizza is bound by the National Privacy Principles ('Principles'). The Principles are available on the Privacy Commissioner's website at www.privacy.gov.au or can be made available in hard copy on request.
