Michelle Norman Senior Consultant Nizza Search Australia and New Zealand
Michelle has been recruiting for over 12 years in Australia. Well established within the Nizza team, Michelle has been sourcing and placing senior managerial staff within the Engineering/Construction, Oil & Gas, Procurement, HSE and Corporate Management staff for Nizza clientele. Her skills in networking, executive search combine successfully with her background as a senior manager in multinational organisations in Australia. This provides a unique level of understanding of both the technical and corporate areas and their requirements within large organisations. Heading up the new Nizza Search Division, Michelle is responsible for client management and talent search throughout Australia and New Zealand. Her role supports the ever increasing Nizza Recruitment Services team in both Queensland and Perth and their expanding client base.
