Jacinta Poma Team Leader

Jacinta will be on Maternity Leave from Dec 08 until further notice. Please contact the consultants below for assitance.

Poma has over 11 years recruitment experience with a good understanding of engineering needs, commercial sensitivity and a thorough understanding of individuals to ensure the right recruitment solution. She has successfully filled an extensive number of both contract and permanent roles from labour hire and trades through to engineering professional and executive level placements. Jacinta works in the capacity of Consultant with Nizza Recruitment Services and commenced in August 2004.

Liz Phillips Consultant

Liz Phillips works extensively in the engineering design & construction team with Jacinta, Neil & Kellie. She has been working in recruitment since 2001 and over the years has developed many strong and long-standing relationships with her clients and candidates. Liz prides herself on referrals and a lot of her candidates are friends of other candidates she has previously placed into a position due to the high level of service provided. Due to her ongoing performance, Liz has recently been promoted to Consultant.

Janine Varcoe Senior Recruitment Consultant

Janine Varcoe has over 7 years' recruitment experience, with 5 being in the engineering & technical industry working for Nizza Recruitment Services. She specialises in the recruitment of both contract and permanent placements for Civil, Structural and Mechanical areas, with a working knowledge of Building Services, Mining / Minerals Processing, HVAC and Electrical sectors.

Kathy Wall Resourcer

Kathy Wall joined Nizza Recruitment as the Marketing Coordinator in 2005 and then worked as the Executive Assistant. Kathy has now moved into a Resourcer role, working with our team of consultants specialising in Engineering, Design, EPCM and Project Management.

Kathy has previously had 5 years experience in Marketing and Administration within the Tourism Industry and has a Bachelor of Business - majoring in Tourism Management.
